Engineering was founded in 1978 as a small steel fabricator. Early
products included light farm equipment and small utility trailers. Manufacturing
focus soon changed to medium and heavy tag-a-long construction equipment
trailers which were marketed through a coast to coast dealer network.
A line of pole trailers were added later.
